Institute organise seminars and cultural activities for the all round development......	Jyotsna Industrial Training Centre Loharin Distt. Hamirpur which is located in rural area was established during the year 2000 with the Aim to provide Technical Education to the students after Matric, so that they can keep pace with the modernization and become a self employed. In fact students with rural background do not find environment and facilities good enough for studing as compared to the urban students.
